About The Position
Join the #1 Skilled Nursing facility to work for in our area! The PC Nurse Manager is responsible for coordinating clinical care of residents and implementing processes to ensure quality care and safety of all Personal Care residents. The role is key to educating and supervising Med Techs in providing quality care, ensuring accurate medication administration and adhering to Department of Human Services regulations. This role will also ensure appropriate staffing levels are met and maintained. This role will also perform other duties as required.
