About The Position

As a nurse with RHA will have an opportunity to practice holistic nursing and to positively impact the lives of others by providing healthcare oversight and monitoring for the people we serve. Pay: Depending on Experience Overview: Travel Float Nurse positions are temporary. Hours are not guaranteed but are based on the needs of the units and/or assigned locations. Flexible schedules, part-time, full-time, and as-needed basis. Nurses will cover shifts and schedules as needed at the units in their assigned locations. Travel expenses will be covered as needed.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited licensed nurse program.
• Current nursing license with no restrictions to practice nursing.
• 1 year of nursing experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members.
• Ability to work independently, be organized, and prioritize work tasks.
• Current CPR Certification or eligibility to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide healthcare oversight and monitoring for individuals served.
• Cover shifts and schedules as needed at assigned units.
• Maintain all required licensure, certifications, and CPR certification.
• Complete all required RHA and unit specific annual competencies.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members and families.
