About The Position

The LPN, under the direction and supervision of the Practice Manager or RN, is responsible for the care of the patient and family utilizing age appropriate principles of growth and development for patients of all ages according to the practice specialty. The LPN demonstrates professional development and clinical competency; addresses health educational needs for patients, families and other health care providers; manages patient care assignments as well as other organizational tasks related to the office operations; and applies knowledge of growth and development in patient interactions. Demonstrates the ability to supervise students providing patient care, treatment and services as part of their training.

Requirements
