Requirements

• Current Montana LPN license (or ability to obtain prior to start of program).
• Current BLS certification.
• Successful completion of the LPN Nurse Residency application process.
• Strong organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in transitional and/or long-term care settings.
• Learn from experienced nurses and participate in structured residency learning opportunities.
• Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and individualized care implementation.
