About The Position
Jump-start your LPN career through BAYADA’s paid Nurse Residency Program. This program is designed to build confidence, clinical competence, and real-world experience from day one. Join a compassionate team supporting local clients across Fort Wayne and surrounding areas. BAYADA provides skilled, one-on-one care to clients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a wide range of acuity and clinical needs. Our nurses support clients in the home, building meaningful relationships while delivering personalized, high-quality care. We currently have opportunities with clients throughout Fort Wayne. Additional nurse residency opportunities are available throughout Indianapolis. The Fort Wayne team celebrates diversity, empowers nurses with customized training, and creates a supportive, growth-minded culture for new grads.
Requirements
- Active nursing license in Indiana (or pending licensure with NCLEX date)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Supporting local clients across Fort Wayne and surrounding areas
- Providing skilled, one-on-one care to clients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a wide range of acuity and clinical needs
- Supporting clients in the home, building meaningful relationships while delivering personalized, high-quality care
Benefits
- $24–$28/hour
- Full-time (36+ hours/week)
- Daytime and Overnight Shifts
- 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
