Requirements
- Current LPN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work.
- Current CPR certification.
- Less than one year of clinical LPN experience.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation and required liability insurance.

Responsibilities
- Performs skilled nursing services under the supervision of an RN.
- Assists patients in learning self-care techniques.
- Assists physician and RN in performing specialized procedures.
- Communicates current health status and needs of patients to the RN and other staff.
- Performs on call responsibilities and services to patients/families.
- Other duties as assigned.
