About The Position

You’ll lead with autonomy, coordinate patient care, support your nursing team, and make meaningful decisions in a secure, structured environment where your voice truly matters. This is not a traditional Director of Nursing role. It’s a hands-on leadership opportunity for an LPN ready to elevate their career while making a lasting impact on an underserved patient population.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily medical operations within the facility
- Support, mentor, and collaborate with nursing staff
- Ensure patient-centered, ethical, and evidence-based care
- Partner with facility leadership to maintain smooth clinical workflows
- Serve as the clinical point of contact for patient care planning
- Practice nursing with autonomy, accountability, and purpose
