About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is looking for an experienced LPN to work in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit. The role includes providing direct patient care, monitoring telemetry, administering medications, and supporting RN-led care in an acute setting.
Requirements
- Active NY LPN License (Required)
- BLS Certification
- 2+ years acute care experience
- EPIC experience required
Responsibilities
- Monitor vital signs and patient status
- Administer medications (oral, IM, SQ, etc.)
- Assist with telemetry and EKGs
- Perform wound care and manage drains
- Support catheter care and specimen collection
- Maintain accurate documentation (EPIC)
