Join our compassionate team where your skills, heart, and leadership truly matter! As an LPN , you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality care while supporting and guiding Medication Technicians and Caregivers in our Assisted Living community. ✨ Pay: $31.50-$34.65/hour (DOE) ✨ Schedule: Would prefer someone who is flexible in their schedule. One weekend day would be required. Mondays and Tuesday would be 2:00pm-10:00pm
Requirements
- PN license (AZ or compact state)
- CPR & First Aid certification
- AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends/holidays
- Experience in long-term care is required
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Passion for working with seniors and providing compassionate care

Responsibilities
- Provide and oversee resident care, including medication administration and clinical documentation
- Lead and support Med Techs & Caregivers in daily care and activities of daily living
- Coordinate services with medical providers, pharmacies, and outside vendors
- Assist with admissions, care plans, audits, and resident assessments
- Ensure compliance with AZ regulations and maintain a safe, respectful environment
- Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure top-notch care
