About The Position
The LPN MDS Coordinator at Hunter Woods Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is responsible for overseeing the coordination and completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS), Care Area Assessments (CAA's), and Care Plans in compliance with federal and state regulations.
