About The Position

Join Quincy Medical Group's (QMG) Orthopedics team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant (MA) and make a difference in patients' lives. In this hands-on role, you will work closely with our healthcare providers to assist with orthopedic procedures, administer care, and educate patients on post-surgical recovery and rehabilitation.

Requirements

• State licensure as an LPN required.
• Clinical experience in orthopedics or specialty care preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to teamwork.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient assessments, applying casts, braces, and other orthopedic devices.
• Administer medications and support patient care during procedures.
• Educate patients on post-surgical care and rehabilitation processes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and physical therapists, to deliver exceptional care.
