About The Position
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) HomeCare Assignment Peterborough, NH Interim HealthCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Peterborough, New Hampshire. This is a meaningful opportunity to provide one-on-one care for a 6-month-old girl with a neuromuscular disorder. The patent is gtube dependent for nutrition. If you are looking for a case that will allow you utilize clinical skills in a home setting apply today! Pay Rate: $29.00/HR Hours: Monday-Fridays 9:00AM-5:00PM Nights and weekends available
Requirements
- Valid Nursing License (RN/LPN) in the State of New Hampshire
- Current CPR Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
Nice To Haves
- One year of pediatric working experience within the last five years preferred
- Home care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring.
- Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including the physician, nurse practitioner, and case manager as needed.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.
- Promptly responding to and managing medical emergencies.
