About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) for the evening shift to provide high-quality care and support to patients. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the care team and assist with patient care as needed.
Requirements
- Active LPN/LVN license
- Ability to work evening shifts and flexible schedules
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities (CNA duties) as required
- Provide nursing care within the scope of practice
- Work every other weekend and every other holiday as scheduled
- Adhere to facility policies and procedures, including scheduled lunch breaks
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and accountability
