Requirements
- Coursework/Training Completed education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
- Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse Temporary.
- National Licensed Vocational Nurse Compact.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1-year LVN experience
- 6 months Working in a clinical, patient-centered capacity
