Requirements
- Active LPN license in the state of Oregon
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- A resident-centered approach to care
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes
- Supervise CNAs and ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate documentation
