Requirements

Graduate from an accredited professional vocational school of nursing.
Minimum one (1) year as a LPN/LVN/LPT in psychiatric nursing preferred, with six (6) months experience in the specialized area of Child and Adolescent Development also preferred but not required.
Licensed to practice vocational/practical nursing in the State of Texas.
CPR certification and successful completion of CPI including restraint and seclusion policies, within 30 days of employment and prior to assisting with restraining procedures.

Nice To Haves
