About The Position
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting working day shifts from 7:00a–3:30p with 40 guaranteed hours per week. Role focuses on providing direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care environment, ensuring safety, comfort, and quality of life. LPN will collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to support individualized care plans and maintain continuity of care.
Requirements
- Active LPN license required in the state of practice.
- Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Strong medication administration skills and knowledge of geriatric care required.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain accurate documentation standards.
- All licenses and certifications must be active and in good standing at submission.
