Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) school of nursing or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) program. Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire: Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse 2 years of experience as an LPN/LVN (Acute, Clinic, or Long Term Care). Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of Home Health experience. 1 year of Triage experience. Why Join Providence? Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) school of nursing or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) program.
  • Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Upon hire: Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse
  • 2 years of experience as an LPN/LVN (Acute, Clinic, or Long Term Care).

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of Home Health experience.
  • 1 year of Triage experience.
