Requirements
- Education sufficient for licensure
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: Washington Licensed Practical Nurse
- 1 year of Long term care or related geriatric experience.
- Experience working with the frail and elderly.
