About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support an outpatient OB/GYN clinic . This role focuses on providing high-quality patient care, assisting providers during examinations and procedures, and supporting daily clinic operations. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program
• Active and unrestricted New York State LPN license and registration
• Knowledge of: Infection control principles
• Performance improvement processes
• Delegation standards
• Bilingual Spanish required (due to patient population needs)

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in an OB/GYN outpatient setting
• Prior experience as a Medical Assistant
• 1+ year of Epic EMR experience
• Previous outpatient or clinic-based nursing experience

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with OB/GYN examinations and procedures
• Prepare patients for visits and provide clinical support throughout appointments
• Perform clinical tasks within LPN scope of practice
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Follow infection control and patient safety standards
• Support performance improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with providers and clinic staff to ensure efficient patient flow
• Float to other clinic locations as needed
