Requirements

• Associate's Degree - Graduate of an accredited licensed vocational school of nursing.
• Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 1 year of LVN Experience.
• 6 months working in a clinical, patient-facing capacity on an interdisciplinary team.
