Requirements

• Current LPN license
• Previous experience preferred
• Demonstrates position communication skills
• Ability to relate to staff in a professional manner
• Must be flexible with scheduling
• Computer experience preferred
• Demonstrates sensitivity to residents' emotional, social, mental health, and spiritual needs
• Previous experience in a rehab setting preferred
• Must be able to interact well with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Able to exercise sound professional judgment
• Able to respond to emergency situations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a rehab setting preferred
• Computer experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Directs and takes responsibility for total care of residents on a team.
• Implements interventions designed to achieve the goals and objectives of the resident plan of care.
• Functions as a role model for staff.
• Recognizes the value of each person as an individual.
• Supports and promotes resident/patient strengths and abilities, capacity for social contribution, unique values, preferences, living habits, and autonomy of choice.

• Rates up to $38.00/hour
• $2.50/hour Evening/Night differential
• $1.00/hour weekend differential
