About The Position

Providence Place of Lancaster
is seeking a night shift Full Time LPN Shift Lead. The LPN Shift Lead provides and ensures quality resident care and the promotion of resident wellness. Provides direct nursing services to the residents for optimal health and safety. In addition, the LPN leads and manages the shift team of caregivers and med techs to ensure we provide quality care and excellent customer service for our residents.

Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania LPN license
• CPR certified

Nice To Haves

• Prefer minimum of one year experience in assisted living/personal care or other health care.
