About The Position
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care - $32/hr WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing top-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting. Requirements
- Current and valid New York State LPN license.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a multidisciplinary team.
- BLS certification required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in rehabilitation or long-term care nursing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents recovering in a long-term care facility.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and rehabilitation exercises.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations.
