Position Summary: We are seeking caring and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our compassionate team at Maria Joseph CCC. As an LPN, you will be responsible for planning and providing direct care to residents. Under the supervision of the nurse supervisor, you will carry out daily routines, ensure resident well-being, and uphold our high standards of care. Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
- Monitor resident conditions and report any changes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all safety protocols
