Requirements

Valid Ohio LPN license
High School Diploma or equivalent
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
A professional who understands how to approach others in a respectful manner and reacts well under pressure
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident needs
Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered
Supervise and support care staff and collaborate on resident care plans
