ATC Nassau County has IMMEDIATE NEEDS for a Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for our several Group Home facilities located in DUCHESS COUNTY, NY - in Pleasant Valley , NY. ALL shifts including weekends are AVAILABLE! LOOKING FOR 24/7 COVERAGE - BUILD YOUR OWN SHIFT! Requirements

• Active NY State Board Certified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensure
• Resume submissions and in-person interviews are required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Medication administration
• Wound care
• Monitoring patients throughout their treatment.
• Performing routine checks of patients' vital signs.
• Assisting doctors and registered nurses.
• Liaising with patients' families.
