About The Position
LPN for Quality Improvement in IDD Agency POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of accredited school of nursing. Current license to practice as LPN in state of Indiana. Current CPR. Prefer one year minimum of clinical experience; prefer past experience in home care. Good communication skills. Ability to work as team member. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Provides skilled nursing care in patient's place of residence and facilitates coordination under direction of RN and/or Physician. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to: squat, bend, kneel, twist; push/pull 50 lbs.; lift/carry 25 lbs.; wear respirator for patient care. Visual and hearing sufficient to provide patient care. Ability to drive car and/or arrange own transportation
Requirements
