At Concordia at Cabot, we are looking to expand our Skilled and Personal Care Nursing Teams with quality focused LPN (Licensed Practical Nurses) for the daylight and afternoon shifts. What We Offer: Competitive LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) starting wages (with additional pay for experience & seniority - up to $35/hour) Shift Differentials: +$2.00/hour for afternoon & $1.50/hour for midnight shifts; +$1.00/hour for all weekend shifts Flexible full-time & part-time schedules (every other weekend rotation) Comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family Opportunities for growth, training, and advancement Vacation for Experience Promotion - Depending on your years of experience we may offer you Vacation front loaded upon hire. Eligible employees can also earn an additional $1.50/hour if waiving the health insurance benefit

Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved nursing school
  • Current Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing
  • A caring heart and a commitment to excellence

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality resident care with compassion and skill
  • Administer medications, complete documentation, and conduct assessments
  • Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare team members
  • Supervise and support resident care staff
  • Deliver treatments and procedures that make a real impact
