Requirements

The LPN must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing and must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
Valid/Current CPR and First Aid Certifications
At least 1 year professional experience as a nurse preferred
Open availability, able to work various shifts to include weekends
Strong interpersonal skills
COVID vaccination required
A current unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in this state is required.
An ability to work with multiple residents at once

Responsibilities

Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment.
Demonstrate sound clinical judgment.
Provide respectful and compassionate care to all residents/families/caregivers.
Provide direction to clinical team members.
Maintain resident confidentiality.
Accurate documentation in accordance with the orders provided
