Requirements

  • The LPN must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing and must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Valid/Current CPR and First Aid Certifications
  • At least 1 year professional experience as a nurse preferred
  • Open availability, able to work various shifts to include weekends
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • COVID vaccination required
  • A current unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in this state is required.
  • An ability to work with multiple residents at once

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment.
  • Demonstrate sound clinical judgment.
  • Provide respectful and compassionate care to all residents/families/caregivers.
  • Provide direction to clinical team members.
  • Maintain resident confidentiality.
  • Accurate documentation in accordance with the orders provided
