Requirements
- Missouri Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Caring, compassionate, and positive attitude
- Team player who works well in a collaborative environment
Nice To Haves
- Prior Matrix and SNF experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Work with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure accurate patient assessment and care planning
- Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families
- Provide compassionate and appropriate nursing care
- Assist with medications and treatments
- Perform other patient care duties as assigned
