About The Position

We are looking for a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team at Mt. Anthony Primary Care. The LPN will play a crucial role in providing support to healthcare professionals, ensuring efficient patient care delivery, and maintaining a smooth clinic operation. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional clinical skills and experience working in an office setting. Electronic Health Record and Phlebotomy experience helpful.

Requirements

• Knowledge in medical terminology and coding
• Knowledge in basic vital signs
• Familiarity with outpatient clinic operations and pediatrics
• Strong understanding of physiology and anatomy
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach towards patient care

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers in conducting patient assessments and examinations
• Perform basic clinical procedures such as taking vital signs, POC testing, and administering vaccinations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic health systems
• Coordinate patient referrals to specialists and other healthcare facilities as needed
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and managing medical records
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
• Participate in continuous training to stay up to date on medical best practices
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care
