About The Position

cTrace Solutions is seeking a LPN in Gallipolis, Ohio. This role offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and Sign on bonus Location : Gallipolis, OH Compensation : $33 per hour (DOE) plus $200 Sign -On Bonus Schedule : Rotating Scheduled / Weekends are required. Must be available for any shift 8 hour shifts with 30 min lunch - example - 2nd shift is 2:30pm 11:00pm - Shift willl be given when offered position Shifts can change depending on need of facility Contract length: 6 months (High likelihood of extension)

Requirements

• Active CPR/ BLS - REQUIRED
• Active LPN license - REQUIRED
• Covid Card or Exemption letter - REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled practical nursing care within Ohio scope of practice, including medication administration, treatments, vital signs, wound care, and enteral feedings under direction of RN/Physician.
• Monitor, document, and report patient conditions; implement physician orders and respond appropriately to emergencies, including CPR and AED use.
• Maintain accurate medical records, medication administration logs (including controlled substances), infection control documentation, and required regulatory reports.
• Assist RNs and physicians with procedures; provide patient education and support during medical appointments and follow -up care.
• Maintain organized medical work areas, manage supplies and medication inventory, and provide guidance to direct care staff in delivering general nursing care.
