About The Position

LPN/Licensed Practical Nurse Tempory Full Time Day Shift Position. Full-time 2nd Shift Nurse. Only work one weekend a month. Looking for our next all-star LPN/Licensed Practical Nurse with assisted living experience. Charter Senior Living is dedicated to the care and wellbeing of our residents. Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
• Experience in assisted living or memory care programs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in patient care and assessments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• On-site visits at least every 45 days for completion of individualized assessments.
• Be available on call as required as per regulatory standard or have a qualified alternate delegating nurse available on call.
• Provide appropriate delegation of nursing tasks.
