About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse is an essential member of the health care team who performs a variety of direct and non-direct patient care activities. As a team member, participates in planning, implementing, and evaluating care for each patient and family under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse.

Requirements

  • Currently licensed to practice as a licensed practical nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate LPN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact or eligible for licensure in state of employment.
  • One (1) year of LPN experience.
  • AHA BLS obtained prior to the end of orientation.
  • Non-Violent Crisis Prevention and Intervention Training prior to the end of orientation.
  • PA Act 31 Child Abuse Training Certificate.
