The LPN provides an integral part in our Patient Care Team by organizing, coordinating, and facilitating care for assigned patients. They will implement and contribute to plan of care as developed by the RN and assists in evaluating patient assessment and discharge planning.

Graduate of accredited school of Practical Nursing.
Knowledge of medication.
Knowledge of basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent communications skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to accurately perform multiple tasks simultaneously and meet multiple demands.
Ability to work in a high stress area.
Able to successfully pass basic EKG test.
Excellent Customer Service skills.

2-3 years clinical experience, preferred.
