As an LPN you will Facilitate, communicate and collaborate with the RN to identify and meet the physical and emotional needs of the patient. Assists with the nursing process to promote/restore optimal health and well-being of the patient. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values. Demonstrates accountability for the quality of own nursing practice. Performs a wide variety of patient care activities and accommodative services as assigned.
Requirements
- High sdchool diploma (required)
- Two years of recent LPN experience preferred
- Current state License Practical Nurese license (required)
- BLS (American Heart Association) (required)
- State IV Certification upon hire or within three ments of hire
Responsibilities
