At VNA of Care New England, were seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Home Health team , delivering personalized, one-on-one care. What Youll Do: As a Home Health LPN, youll provide hands-on clinical care and support to patients in their homes, while working closely with a multidisciplinary team. Youll help manage care plans, monitor progress, and ensure each patient receives the compassionate and skilled care they deserve. Requirements

  • Valid Rhode Island LPN license (required)
  • Equivalent education required for RI LPN licensure.
  • At least 1 year of progressive clinical experience (home health or acute care preferred)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid drivers license and auto insurance
  • Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
