About The Position
Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to work with pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes. The position involves utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or services provided to clients receiving contracted services. The nurse will initiate the plan of care, incorporate therapeutic actions based on patient diagnosis, and intervene as necessary in response to changes in patient/client condition. Responsibilities also include administering medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring effectiveness, and identifying areas for healthcare teaching and education.
