About The Position

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes in the Portland Metro area. This role involves utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring high-quality service delivery in a homecare setting.

Requirements

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
