About The Position

Family Life Care (FLC) is seeking dedicated and compassionate LPNs to provide one-on-one care for patients. This role involves managing patient care by delivering compassionate and professional services in the comfort of the patient's home. FLC serves the entire community, from children to senior citizens. LPNs have the flexibility to choose from various assignments, including long-term care or assisting with recovery from injuries or illnesses, and FLC works to build schedules around the LPN's needs.

Requirements

• Current Florida LPN license
• Current CPR Certification
• Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance
• Current TB test with negative results
• Ability to pass a Level II background check

Responsibilities

• Perform medical care in the home as assigned by an RN
• Help patients remain at home in a safe, comfortable, and healthy environment by performing tasks such as administration of medication, feeding, and other care as needed per the patient's plan of care
• Communicate any changes affecting the patient's medical condition and needs with other team members and family members
• Keep records of all tasks performed and the patient's overall health and behavioral status
