About The Position

Our client is seeking a compassionate Home Health LPN to join their extraordinary care team. The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree, LPN license in the state of work, and two years of LPN experience. Responsibilities include collaborating to provide patient care plans, supporting patients in the local area, and demonstrating proficiency with technology tools.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Other EMR
• TruChart EHR
• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Missouri (MO)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
• Do you have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)

Nice To Haves

• Please provide your LPN License Number.

Responsibilities
