We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide
compassionate care through our Home Health and Hospice services serving Grand
Island and the surrounding communities.

The LPN has the opportunity to positively interact with residents, guests,
family members, and team members daily. Our nurses are passionate about
providing the highest quality care possible and exceeding the expectations of
those they serve and work with. In this role, you will deliver individualized
nursing care to patients in their homes, support families, and collaborate
closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort, dignity, and quality
of life.

Qualified candidates will:

Be a Licensed Practical Nurse with a current, active license

Hold current CPR Certification

Possess high personal integrity

Demonstrate a caring attitude and compassionate approach

Portray a positive, professional image
