About The Position
The position involves acting as a collaborative member of the clinic team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care. The role includes assessing and providing appropriate interventions for patients and families regarding their health care and treatment. This may involve teaching, counseling, and supporting patients and families as needed to assist the provider. Additionally, the individual will act as the lead clinician in support of the provider and may serve as a dedicated telephone assistant.
