Somerfield Health Center at The Heritage at Brentwood is currently seeking full-time LPN Care Leaders for various shifts. Responsibilities
- Supervises direct care of senior residents and nursing personnel on assigned shift.
- Manages accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls.
- Provides direct care as necessary and completes nursing rounds.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted LPN license in Tennessee required.
- At least 6 months' experience working in long-term care setting preferred.
- Able to provide emotional, physical, and psychological support to senior residents.
- Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy.
- Ability to work effectively with frequent interruptions and attention to detail.
