About The Position

We are hiring a Private Duty LPN in the Clarksville, TN area to work from 12p-8p M-F. This position offers case-specific enhanced pay rates and provides flexible scheduling along with weekly pay. Additionally, there is a $750 bonus after the completion of your first 300 worked hours. Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Tennessee
• Experience in pediatric care preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with case management
• BLS certification
• Previous experience in a home health setting

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with daily living activities as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
