We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Echoing Hills Village. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to individuals with developmental disabilities. In addition to your clinical expertise, we value the importance of incorporating the fruit of the spirit into your work, fostering an environment of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Your role will contribute to the overall well-being and happiness of our residents while ensuring their health and safety.

Requirements

  • Current licensure by the Ohio State Board of Nursing as either an RN or an LPN is required.
  • Current CPR and First Aide certifications required.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license, insurable drivers record according to the Echoing Hills Village insurance carriers, and have reliable transportation to travel for business meetings, community meetings, training events, vendors, and suppliers, etc.
  • A demonstrated Christian background and a demonstrated ability to fulfill the mission and purpose of the Ministry.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in the Developmental Disability field or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct medical care and treatment to individuals served, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and implementing new treatments as ordered.
  • Foster a positive environment for individuals to achieve their goals and live their chosen life.
  • Manage daily workflow and support direct care staff in meeting individuals' needs.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in upholding the organization's mission, values, and regulatory standards.
  • Perform additional duties as needed, including participation in activities and events, fundraising, and emergency operations support.
