About The Position
Shady Grove Fertility, a leading fertility center in the United States, is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team in Norfolk, VA. This position is integral to our mission of providing exceptional patient care and support to individuals and couples seeking fertility treatments. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in the patient experience, ensuring that each patient feels informed, supported, and cared for throughout their journey with us. The work we do is not just a job; it is a calling that offers both personal and professional fulfillment as we help build families and change lives. In this role, you will work Monday through Friday from 6:45 am to 4:00 pm, with occasional holiday coverage required. You may also be asked to float to our Kempsville location as needed. Your responsibilities will include meeting with patients to provide counseling and answer their questions, reviewing discharge instructions, teaching injection techniques, and preparing patients for the next day’s procedures.
