About The Position

The LPN-Extended Hours position serving the Dayton area. This is a Full-time Night shift position, 7P-7A, weekend warrior position. In this role you will be 1:1 with the patient at the bedside. These patients are actively declining

Requirements

• LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• CPR Certified.
• Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.
• Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
• Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record.
• State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to pass a 10 panel drug screen

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to patients in a manner that meets the patient and family needs, working under the direction and supervision of an RN.
• Provide superior clinical care to patients and their families.
