About The Position

This is a Full-Time DRIVING position covering Wooster and surrounding areas. Hours are 4P-12A 3 days a week and 8a-8p every other weekend, also including holiday requirements. The role involves providing superior care and services to patients at their end of life journey, specifically for individualized care. The LPN will provide quality nursing care to patients in a manner that meets the patient and family needs, working under the direction and supervision of an RN. Requirements

  • Registered LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions
  • CPR Certified
  • Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care
  • Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather
  • Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record
  • State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must be able to pass a 10 screen drug panel
